What LimoFind is
LimoFind is a free, invite-only platform where licensed ground-transportation operators offer jobs they cannot cover (“farm-outs”) to other member operators, who may bid to take them. LimoFind only passes information between members. We are not a transportation provider, broker, or party to any job.
Jobs are between operators
When a job is awarded, the posting operator and winning operator deal directly with each other: confirmation, changes, payment, insurance, licensing, permits, and performance are entirely between them. LimoFind processes no payments and guarantees no job, no price, and no performance by any member.
No liability
LimoFind and its operators are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, LimoFind, Clix Marketing, Inc., and their principals are not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, cancellation, no-show, accident, or claim arising from any job or any member's acts or omissions. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it.
No re-farming
A job you receive through LimoFind is yours to perform. Re-posting it, re-farming it, or passing it to any third party — on or off LimoFind — is prohibited and will result in a strike.
Strikes and suspension
Conduct that harms the network — including no-shows, significant lateness, re-farming, or payment problems — may result in a strike, issued at the administrator's discretion. Three strikes result in suspension from the network. To appeal a strike, email mark@limomarketer.com.
Text messages (SMS consent)
By accepting these terms you consent to receive job-related text messages from LimoFind (job alerts, bid and award notifications, and follow-ups). Message frequency varies with job activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts (you will still receive emails), or HELP for help. Opting out of texts may mean you learn about jobs late or not at all.
Your information
Your company name appears on your bids. When a job is awarded, your contact details (name, company, phone, email) are shared with the other operator on that job so you can coordinate directly. We do not sell member information.
Membership
LimoFind is invite-only. Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time at LimoFind's discretion. LimoFind is currently free; we will give notice before that ever changes.
