Who we are
LimoFind (limofind.com) is an invite-only platform operated by Clix Marketing, Inc. that lets licensed ground-transportation operators offer and accept farm-out jobs. Questions about this policy: mark@limomarketer.com.
What we collect
Member information provided at onboarding: company name, contact name, mobile number, email, market, and vehicle types. Job information posted by members: pickup/drop-off details, times, passenger counts, vehicle needs, notes, and prices. Activity records: bids, awards, notifications sent, and text messages received by our number (including opt-out requests).
How we use it
To run the network: matching jobs to qualified members, sending job-related text and email notifications, operating the bidding and award process, and maintaining accountability (completion confirmations, problem reports, and strikes). We do not use member information for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we share
Bids show your company name to the job poster. When a job is awarded, the poster and winner receive each other's contact details (name, company, phone, email) and the job's exact pickup address so they can coordinate directly. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the platform (hosting, database, text and email delivery), and if required by law.
Text messages
Members consent to job-related texts at account creation. Message frequency varies with job activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS (email notifications continue), or HELP for help. Opt-out requests are honored automatically.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Data retention and security
We keep member and job records while the network operates so accountability history (completed jobs, strikes) stays meaningful. Data lives in access-controlled systems; secrets and credentials are restricted to the platform's servers. To request removal of your account and data, email mark@limomarketer.com.
Changes
If this policy materially changes, we will notify members by email before the change takes effect.
