Policies directly affecting a visitor / customer's personal information will always remain in effect, and only policies that further enhance the security and privacy of our customers will be added to this policy.
What Personal Information Does Limofind.com Collect About Customers?
Limofind.com Members: Our third party Members provide quote information, may communicate with Customers directly to provide service information (typically to answer Customer questions, describe the Member’s services or fulfill a quote or reservation request) and provide the limousine service itself. When you request a quote, we share your “Customer Information” with the Members selected for quoting only in order for the Member to provide you with the above information about their limousine service. Your “Customer Information” includes your name, your communication preference (email and/or phone call), any email or phone number you provided, your limousine ride type, vehicle preferences, dates, times and location of service and any special requests you submitted. Our Members are prohibited by our Terms of Service agreement from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
Third Party Service Agents: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include sending e-mail and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but pursuant to our agreements, they must not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
Legal Enforcement: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms & Conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Limofind.com, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.
What About Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites?
Our site includes third-party advertising and links to other websites. We do not provide any personally identifiable customer information to these advertisers or third-party websites.
These third-party websites and advertisers, or Internet advertising companies working on their behalf, sometimes use technology to send (or "serve") the advertisements that appear on our website directly to your browser. What Choices Do I Have?
Personal Information: As discussed above, in order to receive quotes from our members you need to provide “Customer Information” to obtain such features.
Limofind.com does not offer reservations for limousine services and therefore no financial information is collected such as credit card numbers. If you choose to reserve a limousine once you have reviewed quotes sent to you via email, those transactions are done directly with the Member and completely separate from Limofind.com.
Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
If you choose to visit Limofind.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the State of Florida. If you have any concern about privacy at Limofind.com, please contact us with a description via contact@limofind.com and we will try to resolve it. If you have questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact Limofind.com at contact@limofind.com. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service will change also.
